Does Big Tree work direct with customers?
We work only with distributors with ASI or PPAI credentials. We believe in the system provided by the promotional industry and want to keep our reputation as well as building a healthy relationship with our customers.
How do I send a purchase order?
Our systems allow you to send to any of the contact emails provided to you to send an order over to us. Just in case you can send it to this address to be safe: cs.bigtreepromotions@gmail.com
What is your returns policy?
Returns are considered on a case by case scenario. Although we try our best to minimalize our risks to ensure quality products and services there can sometimes be challenges beyond our controls. At the end of the day we will work hard to make sure your are satisfied
Sample orders or Preproduction samples?
We offer samples and preproductions to our customers. However these samples are not free due to high prices in shipping. We can always work with you and will price fairly upfront so there are no miscommunications.
What is your usual turnaround times?
Turnaround times can vary with each project but we are confident that a typical order will take about 14-20 days of production including weekends barring any holidays. Shipping can take from 7-35 days depending on your shipping method
What are your delivery options?
We offer sea freight as a default option which is built into our quotes. Air freight is also an option to increase turnaround time and can be quoted at the customers request.
